Attorney Fees & Costs
There are three different ways we bill for our services.
(1) A fixed fee. For most of our estate planning services we charge a fixed or flat fee. These fees can range from $400 for a simple will to $3,500 for a fully funded living trust plan which includes the trust and all funding, pour over will, power of attorney and advance medical directive for the client and spouse.
(2) Hourly rate. For family law service we usually charge an hourly rate of between $300 - 400 per hour. The rate depends on the complexity of the case and the client's financial resources.
(3) A percentage fee. In some types of cases, usually personal injury cases, we charge a percentage of the amount we recover for the client. The percentage varies from 20 - 40 %.
